Captain fantastic signs first team deal

Adam Muir, Curzon Ashton's Under 18s captain, has today been confirmed as the latest player to have signed with the first team.

The 17-year-old captained the Under 18s to the quadruple last season and has since been rewarded with a senior call-up.

Adam joined the club when he was five years old and progressed through the ranks before captaining the Under 18s last season.

He made a few appearances for the club's first team  and will now be hoping to kick on during the Nash's fifth season in the National League North.

Adam becomes the latest player to have signed for the club. Manager Mark Bradshaw has also recruited midfielder/striker Nicky Wroe, defender Matt Regan, midfielder Robbie Evans, and winger Danny O'Brien.
